Dr. Britney palombo

Clinical Director / DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Britney Palombo holds a DNP with board certification in psychiatric mental health care. She received her doctorate training through the University of Utah’s psychiatric mental health DNP program. She earned her bachelor of science degree in Nursing at Weber State University where she was awarded for clinical excellence.

Dr. Palombo is skilled in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, as well as individual, family, and group psychotherapy. She works closely with her patients utilizing a collaborative and integrative approach to treatment, exploring the psychological, biological, behavioral, and social factors contributing to each individuals circumstance. She was fortunate to work with pediatric patients and their families for nearly 5 years at the Utah State Hospital as both a supervising nurse and a doctoral candidate on the Children’s Unit. She has been managing outpatient psychiatric care for pediatric and adult patients, as well as providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), in Utah County since 2017. She has had extensive training in TMS and utilizes cutting edge evidence-based information and research to provide not only effective but personalized treatment options for each individual.

Dr. Palombo currently practices in the state of Utah. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends (especially her supportive husband and their two spirited daughters) while being active and adventurous outdoors.


Alyssa Lee

MSN, PMHNP-BC

Alyssa holds an MSN with board certification in psychiatric mental health care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from New York University’s psychiatric mental health program, where she graduated with Sigma Theta Tau recognition. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Westminster College, where she graduated with honors.

Alyssa is skilled in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, as well as individual, group, and family therapy. Alyssa enjoys an integrative approach and doesn’t believe that “one size fits all.” She is aware of social, economic, family, biological, behavioral, and community factors that play into treating each individual. Many modalities are available in treatment of psychiatric disorders and she is committed to finding the best combination for her patients and families.

Although her training is across the life span, and she does enjoy adult treatment, Alyssa is passionate about child and adolescent psychiatry. She loves the resiliency and playfulness that accompany this particular demographic. She has been fortunate to work as an RN with children, adolescents, and their families at the Utah State Hospital, which is where her love for pediatric psychiatry blossomed. She moved to New York City in 2014 and lived in Brooklyn for 4 years while completing her advanced degree. She was able to obtain valuable training in emergency pediatric psychiatry, outpatient pediatric psychiatry and inpatient pediatric psychiatry, at some of the top hospitals In New York City. During her schooling she worked for New York Presbyterian Hospital doing Adult Inpatient Psychiatry and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) treatments. After she graduated from NYU in 2017, she worked at a residential treatment facility and outpatient facility treating children and adolescents with co-morbid psychiatric disorders and intellectual disabilities in Westchester County, NY. After having her first son Jameson, she and her husband Justin, moved back to Utah in 2018 to be close to family. She has since been working in an integrative setting combining pediatric medicine and mental health treatment. She recently had her second son, Franklin in 2022, and is excited to start with Spark Behavioral Health and TMS.

Alyssa currently practices in the State of Utah. In her free time she loves traveling with her husband, is an avid CrossFit competitor, is constantly in search of the best brunch restaurants, loves being outdoors, spends time getting down and dirty with her boys, and loves splitting her time between the mountains and the ocean.


Jessie

Operations Manager / TMS Coordinator

Jessie comes from a service and account coordination background. She has managed several small busy businesses and works hard to support our patients and coordinate all aspects of their care. She is highly trained in providing TMS and loves seeing the progress and growth patients experience through treatment. When she is not working she enjoys playing with her dogs, camping/traveling, and relaxing with her husband, friends, and family.


Anna

Administrative Assistant / TMS Technician

Anna has experience in a wide variety of customer service settings. She is committed to ensuring high-quality service to our patients while offering support throughout their treatment. She is passionate about TMS and is a skilled technician. Anna loves the outdoors, good food, concerts, and spending time with the people she cares about.
